Learning and Training Today
My approach to learning is to involve learners in real-world projects. I implement instructional strategies that will build up skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace environment. I like to follow Paulo Freire
as my source for training and teaching. The learner of today is one who should be involved and a participant in the learning process and the use of technology allows the learner to become a teacher of others in the classroom.

Felipe: You have been a Godsend to me. As an aide, I wasn't eligible for LAUSD computer training. You have helped me transition to another state, and learn to use my computer in a place where there is NO training. Muchas gracias!

The Quickbooks Pro class at Burbank Adult School taught me more then I realized I could learn from an independent class. Mr.Felipe Payan was very helpful in assisting our questions of confusion. In the last week it finally clicked on my understanding this software more. A BIG Thank you to Mr.Felipe Payan who also had us ladies laughing, and yes those two fun gentleman also.
