Thank you so much Felipe for your class, wit, patience, sense of humor and work ethic! I greatly appreciated your focused one on one assistance with my computer quagmire. You met my need for professional technical assistance and support; yet I didn't feel belittled. Instead-I felt uplifted and enlightened as well as empowered to enter the technological highway at a speed(literally!) that now enables me to learn at my own exponential rate without any technical handicaps. ! Many have tried and failed at what Mr Payan has done very successfully, keeping me interested in school. I strive to be just as patient and caring as Felipe has been with us in CA201.

Bought this wireless Internet Router couple years ago, just sitting there because I didn't know what to do with it. I called Felipe, "Not a problem", came over, 10 minutes later I had a wireless network going on. Life is so much easier now that I got a wireless laptop running in my backyard.

I was fortunate enough to find Felipe's information on the back of my UTLA newsletter. He was able to PATIENTLY transfer all my files from an old desktop to a new laptop...and then set-up my wireless router- no easy feat...and again, such patience!!! Thanks Felipe.

Thanks Mr. Payan for helping me with Microsoft Office so now I can transfer files everywhere and u made me realize that Windows Vista is not all that bad and for installing the keyboarding program for me so I can type faster. ;] Gracias!!!

I have truly enjoyed attending your class Microsoft Applications. You made the class educational but at the same time fun and enjoyable. I am looking forward to attending other classes held by you. Fast and great service. Try to help me over the phone when we couldn't figure out what was wrong he came right over and fix the problem in less than 30 mintues. He's been helping my family with the computer for a couple of years whenever we have a problem. He's always friendly and today when he came he was sick and still fixed the computer for us. He's just a great guy.

Even I came to the class to drag my wife to but the way that Felipe Payan teaches attracted me to the class and it was useful for me, I learned lot of new things, because always I think that we can learn something.

Felipe Payan is an excellent teacher. The Quickbooks class was everything I expected it to be and more. Thanks to Felipe I can now rejoin the Accounting World with confidence, and the knowledge that was needed to take over my brothers Company's books. And help several other family members with their business. Thanks again for your expertise Felipe. Your class was terrific.

Mr. Payan was very instrumental in helping me set up my new e-commerce venture. He helped me purchase a domain name, and walked me through the steps to set up my new website. I have been wanting to sell my beaded creations for years, and Mr. Payan gave me the confidence to launch my online business. He has been an excellent teacher.

Mr. Payan, you are truly gifted to teach and I thank you so much for such a great PowerPoint class. You taught us a lot of information, always with a sense of humor handy which made the class so fun and enjoyable!! I learned so much!
You always made me feel that I could "get it". I appreciate that. I now feel equipped to go out and put together presentations in the workplace.

As a teacher, I was honored to learn from Mr. Payan. His skills, knowledge and patience were appreciated. As a student, I felt "safe" to explore and find my own way, always guided by his intelligence and humor. Take ANY class he teaches. It is a joy to learn from him.

I'm a high-school English teacher with limited knowledge of computers, and I wanted to purchase an Apple laptop because my six-year-old Dell was dying on me. However, the whole process intimidated me, and I put off the purchase until my Dell completely conked out.
I called Mr. Payan and explained my situation, and he gave me lots of good advice regarding the specs of various Apple computers and which one he felt would best suit my needs. I found him helpful and patient over the phone, so when I purchased a MacBook, I asked him to help me transfer my files and get my new computer up and running.
He came over and managed to get my Dell laptop working (something about putting it in "safe mode"), then transferred the contents to an external hard drive, explaining the process to me as we went. A few hours later, my Apple MacBook was up and running, with all my files, music, and photos transferred from my old machine. I learned a lot from watching Mr. Payan work and asking questions, and I appreciated his calm, down-to-earth demeanor. In short, I was very pleased with Mr. Payan's work and I'd strongly recommend him if you need any type of assistance with your computer.

Mr. PAYAN es un PROFESOR entregado a sus alumnos, sus clases son muy creativas y nos motiva diariamente. Ha sido un honor ser alumno en el CAOT 82 en LASC del Instructor PAYAN porque ahora me puedo desenvolver mejor en Word, Excel y Power Point. Nunca pierda ese amor de impartir sus clases y el compromiso con la comunidad, Ud. ha siso mas que un profesor en Computacion es como un mentor, porque tiene disposicion para escuchar al estudiante y su programa de computacion esta muy bien elaborado porque en menos de tres meses ya se word, excel y power point. Habilidades que me serviran en mi desarrollo laboral.

Mr. Payan's technological expertise with computers is without parallel. He knows how to fix the problem and can explain it in real language that leaves you better able to solve it on your own in the future. His down to earth as well as pleasant attitude informs you but doesn't make you feel like a complete idiot. His prices are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to employ his services in the future.
