    I personnaly think it's horrible that colleges are going to have to turn away potential students. I believe anyone that is adiment about getting an education deserves one. I dont know much about politics, but one thing i do know is it does not take a genious to see that politicians misuse money and have there priorities wrong and are more concerned with saving face and there financial gain than our real world problems
